When you visit our office, you will discover that you are taking an exciting step toward better health. You will meet the acupuncturist after completing some brief paperwork that will describe your reason for the visit and your health history. During your first visit we will perform an Acupuncture exam, and this information will help determine which one might be causing your problem. Once we gather enough information, we will show you what we found and give you a complete report of findings. This report will include suggestions about any future visits, exercises, or lifestyle changes that could help you heal faster.
Your individual care plan may consist of acupuncture care, herbal treatment and/or Tui Na massage.
To save time, please fill out our three-page Health Intake form before your first visit. Otherwise, you may do so when you arrive for your initial visit.
